Excerpt from WITH THE BLUE DRESS ON:
"Harry's Bar was in chaos. Lil and Eve had both turned up within a few minutes of each other and they were nearly coming to blows. Bubbles and Toy Town were standing nose to chest threatening to break each other's fingers. The usual regulars were gathering around hoping for some real excitement through their alcoholic haze. Armageddon was about to start and trapped between Good and Evil were the souls of the band.
'You stole my man,' accused Lil.
'You eat children,' accused Eve.
'I can't believe that you want me to do this,' said Struts to Sinko, hiding in the background. 'It's what got us into this mess in the first place.'
'I know it's desperate,' said Sinko, 'but what have we got to lose? I can almost hear that frog singing and I can feel the collar and tie.'
Struts gulped and held his hand to his throat. He stared over at the fighting women and his soul mates. 'Okay,' he finally said. 'Let's do it.'
